He looks niiiicceee!! 
I love his tail, and the ... euhm looks for the word fin
(ah yeah question, are those fins too under his jaw or is that some marking on his skin?), oh and the spots, yeah light! XD (also question: only the small spot in the big ones glows right, does the smaller (green-ones) also have that inner spot?; oh and the green spots are always green right?)and I really like the horns they have great design!
And his ... second name?totem name? spirit name?, made me laugh it looks kind of like a magician (or is it just me?), I think I'm gonna play with that XD
But I have to admit I'm a little disapointed about one thing, that the others have T-T, he hasn't 4 paws (XD yeah sounds silly, but I prefer paws, translation: I will have a hard time to draw flippers lol)
Random question (yeah you will get a few like those XD:, does he breath under water and on earth, like .... like nothing I don't think there is an animal that can do both XD, or only in water like fishs? or is it like ... otters, they need fresh air but have to live in water?(and except that they are reptiles, so maybe more like a crocodile XD)
ohoh and he still will grow, right? Will you do a adult form too or we have to do that?

and I think I would adopt another one if you did another adoptables XD (yeah I got the swimming-neon-flashlamp but I still would like to have a walking-neon-lamp
